Grilled Prawns

Prep

  1. 200 gms medium sized prawns
  2. 25 gms of diced spring onion
  3. SausyMama’s Asian Chimchurri
  4. 1 tsp oil

Cooking

  1. Marinate the prawns in 1 tbsp of SausyMama’s Asian Chimchurri
  2. Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a pan
  3. Add the prawns and cook for 1 minute on each side
  4. Add 1 tsp of SausyMama’s Asian Chimchurri
  5. Garnish with spring onions and serve
