Chicken Wings

Prep

  1. 6 pcs of whole chicken wings - marinate in SausyMama’s Ultimate Stir Fry sauce, and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour.
  2. In a bowl crack 1 egg, and beat till well mixed
  3. In another bowl add 100 gms of cornflour
  4. Coat each chicken wing, first in the egg mixture and then in the cornflour. Be sure to remove any excess cornflour, and keep aside for frying.
  5. ½ cup oil for frying

Cooking

  1. In a frying pan, pour ½ cup oil and wait for the oil to heat
  2. Fry the chicken for 15 minutes, well done on all sides
  3. Remove any excess oil by placing the chicken on a paper towel or sheet
  4. Just before serving, toss the chicken wings in a pan with 3 tsp of SausyMama’s Ultimate Stir Fry, and mix till the chicken wings are well coated in sauce
  5. Serve Immediately
