Chilli Fried Rice

There’s something very comforting about a good fried rice! Here’s an easy way to put together a fried rice that has the umami - black beans, garlic, shallots, spices, all in our Mama’s Loaded Chilli Oil!

Prep

  1. 1 cup cooked rice
  2. 50 gms diced green onions
  3. 1 egg

Sausy Idea: Add Vegetables/Meats of your choice to make it a nutritionally packed meal!

Cook

  1. In a wok, add 1 tbsp Mama’s Loaded Chilli Oil over medium - high heat.
  2. Put in your choice of rice and stir well
  3. Adjust seasoning to taste
  4. Add the green onions and stir everything together, and put aside
  5. In another pan, add some oil and add the egg - to make a fried egg or sunny side up!
  6. Serve the rice in a bowl, topped with your egg, and drizzle some Mama’s Loaded Chilli Oil for more taste!
