Grilled Prawns
Prep
- 200 gms medium sized prawns
- 25 gms of diced spring onion
- SausyMama’s Asian Chimchurri
- 1 tsp oil
Cooking
- Marinate the prawns in 1 tbsp of SausyMama’s Asian Chimchurri
- Heat 1 tsp olive oil in a pan
- Add the prawns and cook for 1 minute on each side
- Add 1 tsp of SausyMama’s Asian Chimchurri
- Garnish with spring onions and serve
