Prep
- 6 pcs of whole chicken wings - marinate in SausyMama’s Ultimate Stir Fry sauce, and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour.
- In a bowl crack 1 egg, and beat till well mixed
- In another bowl add 100 gms of cornflour
- Coat each chicken wing, first in the egg mixture and then in the cornflour. Be sure to remove any excess cornflour, and keep aside for frying.
- ½ cup oil for frying
Cooking
- In a frying pan, pour ½ cup oil and wait for the oil to heat
- Fry the chicken for 15 minutes, well done on all sides
- Remove any excess oil by placing the chicken on a paper towel or sheet
- Just before serving, toss the chicken wings in a pan with 3 tsp of SausyMama’s Ultimate Stir Fry, and mix till the chicken wings are well coated in sauce
- Serve Immediately
