There’s something very comforting about a good fried rice! Here’s an easy way to put together a fried rice that has the umami - black beans, garlic, shallots, spices, all in our Mama’s Loaded Chilli Oil!
Prep
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 50 gms diced green onions
- 1 egg
Sausy Idea: Add Vegetables/Meats of your choice to make it a nutritionally packed meal!
Cook
- In a wok, add 1 tbsp Mama’s Loaded Chilli Oil over medium - high heat.
- Put in your choice of rice and stir well
- Adjust seasoning to taste
- Add the green onions and stir everything together, and put aside
- In another pan, add some oil and add the egg - to make a fried egg or sunny side up!
- Serve the rice in a bowl, topped with your egg, and drizzle some Mama’s Loaded Chilli Oil for more taste!
