Green Beans
Crunchy, spicy & healthy! A great way to eat your greens!
Prep
- 250gms of green Beans
- 2 cloves of garlic, diced
- Ultimate Stir Fry Sauce
Cooking
- Bring a pot of water to boil.
- Once boiled put in the beans, and blanch for 3-4 minutes with a pinch of salt
- Strain out the water from the beans
- Heat up a frying pan on medium heat, add 1 tsp oil
- Once the oil is hot add garlic and saute for 1 minute
- Add the green beans and saute for 4-5 minutes
- Add 1 tsbp of SausyMama’s Ultimate Stir Fry sauce
- Toss till the beans are well coated
- Serve with a bowl of steamed rice
